Engagement at Summit consisted of earning points along the way. Your points can then be redeemed as donations to one of four non-profits – and the attendee with the most points can win a prize!

Earn Points! The Rules:

The more you engage, the more impact you enable! During this year's conference, we had the oppportunity to earn rewards for your choice of 4 non-profit charities by attending sessions, taking surveys, visiting booths in the virtual expo hall, and more. 

You could choose to donate your points to one of the following charities or divide them between as many as you'd like. Choose your charitable donations by clicking "Select your charities" in the Connect to Give area. If you do not make a selection, PagerDuty will divide your points among the four organizations. is a proud supporter of these organizations.

Expo Hall:

  • Visiting a booth - 1 point each
  • Interact in Chat - 5 points each

The Raffle:

Earn the most points by participating in the outlined activiites to have a chance to win. At the end of the event, the top 10 leaderboard participants will be automatic winners. The following top 200 participants will be entered into a raffle and forty winners will be chosen. All winners will receive an Amazon gift card work $100 (USD).

The Charities:

Center for Disaster Philanthropy envisions a world where the impact of disasters is minimized by thoughtful, equitable and responsible recovery for all. Their holistic approach targets mdeium to long-term recovery and support of the full life cycle of disasters, including preparedness, mitigation, rebuilding, and resilience and recovery. In 2019 , they distributed $10.9 million in grants to 65 organizations. CDP is currently supporting recoveries from the California wildfires and Hurricane Laura, COVID-19 rapid response, and numerous other disaster relief efforts in the U.S. and globally.


DonorsChoose is on a mission to make it easy for anyone to help a teacher in need, moving us closer to a nation where students in every community have the tools and experiences they need for a great education. Teachers at 85% of public schools in the U.S. have posted a project on their website. They have mobolized more than 4 million citizen donors and dozens of corporate partners to raise nearly $1 billion to meet these project requests.


Crisis Text Line offers free, 24/7 support for those in need. People are able to text 741741 from anywhere in the U.S. to connect with a trained Crisis Counselor. They have processed over 100 million messages since their inception in 2013. COVID-19 has increase the need for mental health services, with the CDC reporting over 40% of American Adults reported struggling with mental health or substance abuse in June 2020. 


Democracy Works is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that wants to make voting a simple, seamless experience for all Americans so that no one misses an election. Their TurboVote tool helps every American vote in every election - local, state, and national, by  keeping track of voter registration, absentee, and vote-by-mail rules for all 50 states. Last year, they served 10 million voters, had 7 million subscribers, and answered 100,000 questions from prospective voters.
