As Technical Trainer at PagerDuty, she trains customers and prospects on both the platform and Incident Response thought leadership, and acts as a subject matter expert to create new training material internal to PagerDuty. After spending 5 years as a Customer Success Manager, Hayley has assumed a training role to continue to empower organizations and teams to make changes to achieve operational efficiency.
