What is PagerDuty Summit EMEA?

PagerDuty Summit EMEA is a virtual conference where digital operations leaders, influencers, and developers meet and share expert viewpoints, product news, and valuable tips in managing your always-on services. 
 

Where is Summit EMEA?

Originally planned as an in-person event, PagerDuty Summit EMEA will be virtual this year!

 

What is the conference date?

Summit EMEA begins at 9:00 am BST on Tuesday, 30 June. 

 

How much does Summit EMEA cost? 

The virtual conference is free. Register now.

 

Who attends Summit EMEA?

In 2019, attendance included DevOps professionals from 16 different countries and from industries such as financial services, communications (media and telecom), education, retail, technology, and more. 

 

Can I get an attendee list?

Unfortunately we are unable to share our attendee list, but you can network and make connections within the event chats.

 

Will I still be able to network with other attendees?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to chat with other attendees throughout the event.

 

Will I need to be "camera-ready"?

No, as much as we'd love to see your smiling faces attendees will not be on video during the event.

 

How do I ask a question during the event?

You can send any questions in the chat and our moderators will respond as soon as possible.

 

How do I access Summit EMEA? 

Prior to the event, you will receive an email with a unique code that is specific to your registration. Please click on this link to activate your registration and gain access to the event portal. On 30 June, you can log-in to the conference up to 10 minutes before the 9:00 am BST start time. 

 

Will Summit EMEA be available on-demand after 30 June?

Yes, it will be hosted on-demand for one month.

 

Can I download any assets from the event?

Yes, we will have a resource center where downloads will be available.

 

Who do I contact if I'm having technical issues with the event platform?

In most cases, refreshing the page will do the trick. If you have more substantial issues such as a broken link or no audio, we will have support team's available via chat to help troubleshoot in real time. 

 

Is there a Code of Conduct for attendees? 

Yes.  Summit EMEA is a community conference intended for networking and collaboration in the PagerDuty community. Whether we're in-person or virtual, we value the participation of each member of the PagerDuty community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at all conference events, whether officially sponsored by PagerDuty or not. To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any PagerDuty event are required to conform to the Code of Conduct. PagerDuty reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations of the Code of Conduct, including warning, expulsion from the conference, or legal action.
