Biography

Andrew is a Product Leader focused on building great teams and data products that transform organizations using technology, design, and machine intelligence.

At PagerDuty, he’s focused on building PagerDuty for Customer Service Ops, empowering customer service and development teams to get ahead of customer problems.

Prior to joining PagerDuty, Andrew was an early product manager at the Salesforce-acquired startup RelateIQ, focused on relationship intelligence, where he helped drive the development of data products before and through the company’s acquisition. At Salesforce, Andrew worked to bring RelateIQ’s relationship intelligence platform to Salesforce Einstein & Sales Cloud, bringing Salesforce it’s first AI.
