Summit19 Customer Speaker
Call for Papers – Due May 15, 2019

Want an opportunity to share your cool ideas and innovative projects with peers, practitioners, managers, and other experts in the digital operations management space? Interested in taking your public speaking skills to the next level and becoming an industry thought leader?
 
PagerDuty is seeking speakers for Summit19, its annual flagship conference with approximately 1,000 people expected to attend. The event will be hosted at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco from Monday, September 23, to Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
 
The audience for Summit19 will be comprised primarily of developers, SREs, SupportOps, SecOps, DevOps and ITOps.

 

Parameters
We encourage those to apply who:

  • Are familiar with / have used the PagerDuty platform and how it works
  • Have an interesting story related to real-time operations that you can tell in approximately 20 - 30 minutes with 10 - 15 minutes for Q&A afterwards (if you would like to have a Q&A).

When selecting your topic, keep in mind that if accepted, your session will fall under one of the four following tracks:

  • DevOps Track: Learn from technical experts and thought leaders on the latest in DevOps and the how-to’s of digital transformation.
  • PagerDuty Innovation Track: Get the in-depth, inside scoop on PagerDuty’s newest capabilities to help you get the most out of our multi-product platform.
  • Ecosystem Track: Explore how you can leverage your existing tools by integrating them with PagerDuty to optimize your technology investments.
  • Business Value Track: Deep dive into new ways to adopt PagerDuty across the organization to drive more business value.

You may also co-present with others (team members, peers, etc.) if you’d like! If you are selected, PagerDuty will provide a complimentary pass to Summit19 for each speaker.

Important Details
Please submit your proposals by no later than May 15, 2019. Final presentations will be due by September 1st, 2019 and are subject to PagerDuty approval.
 
By submitting a proposal you are agreeing that we can record your presentation and use the recording and/or photos taken of your presentation in future marketing materials.
